Transition (almost) complete

This should be the last you hear from me in a while.

- I think I've caught all the bugs. IE/Win users will have to hold on so I can do something about the CSS, but aside from that... it's all good

- search engine webcrawlers can no longer rate quotes or resubmit them

- related to the above, I have reset the ratings of all quotes and cleared the blocking system. This also disposes with the insanely high ratings that some quotes had... feel free to re-rate at your pleasure.

- I've tweaked Apache some so that URIs for everything on the site are a lot easier to use

- other hacks and tweaks...

All that really remains now is to finish the banning system off, and then I can forget the site.

Oh, and to those who have been complaining - remember that I'm running and maintaining this site for fun and games in between work and uni. You should try doing it...
